Suzanne’s sources for distinctive textiles; custom bedding materials and upholstery; and drapery design are superior. She will oversee all custom fabrications and design, supervise installations, and manage the timeline of these segments of the design.
Purchasing of approved materials and services is included in this package. Suzanne will be available throughout the duration of the project, managing all aspects of the design process through the final installation.

The way in which an interior is illuminated and lighting design is a specialty that cannot be overlooked. Lighting needs to be flexible and illuminate a variety of tasks. Layering different light sources is essential and a well thought out lighting design should not only look great, but also be functional. Suzanne will source unique and efficient lighting for your home or business.
Suzanne will provide actual finish samples for you to approve, specifications on lighting selections, pricing, determine availability of product, and purchase approved materials. She will be available to your specialty sub-contractors throughout the project to answer questions for clarification.

Suzanne can create a palette of interior and exterior colors that add impact, enhance the architectural form, increase curb appeal, and distinguish your property from the predictable and commonplace. She can establish colors for your business that will communicate your company’s identity and express its corporate image. Goodwill Industries is one organization that hired Suzanne to create its signature colors for all its corporate branding and facilities throughout the Southeast.
She will determine the best colors for your home interior from ceiling to floor, as well as colors for your complete home exterior. Whether working on new construction or a redesign, Suzanne will assemble a color palette unique to your property and provide written and visual paint specifications, a paint swatch kit, a portfolio palette, and diagrams of paint color locations for you and your contractor. Suzanne will also be available to your painting contractor throughout the project to answer questions for clarification.
